How do your prices compare to online stores?

Online prices are monitored on sites like YLiving and Lumens in order to match or beat them. Discounts are also available for large purchases.

Do you offer Trade or Contractor discounts?

Yes.

What is your Return Policy?

We accept returns on products purchased in our showroom as long as they are in their original packaging and in uninstalled condition and within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for the shipping on special orders.

Items marked "Non-returnable" may not be cancelled or returned. Vintage, antique, custom or made-to-order items, imported items, and certain large volume orders also may not be cancelled or returned. Special orders from supplier catalogs may be returned.

What if my new fixture is damaged when I open the box?

Unfortunately, lighting fixtures are often fragile and sometimes get damaged in shipping. We also understand the need to pre-order and plan for your design needs. As part of that process, we ask that you inspect all items individually once they arrive so that any damage claims can be made immediately. We are happy to arrange a prompt replacement of these items. In some cases, it is possible to repair the damage or defects with replacement parts. When this is the case, we reserve the right to utilize this as a solution. 

Vintage and antique fixtures are sold in "as-is" condition and may not be repaired, replaced or returned. 

What if a fixture is defective?

We choose quality makers of lighting, but there will occasionally be a factory defect, missing part or other problem originating prior to shipment. We will work with you to resolve these issues immediately, but you must report any product defect within 30 days of purchase.
